Eligibility: - The Drew's Defense Week Punchcard ("Punchcard") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of participation.- Participation in the Punchcard constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Punchcard Overview:- The Punchcard consists of ten punches, each corresponding to attendance at each eligible Defense Week event during Drew's Defense Week promotion period.- Each punch must be obtained on separate events.- The Punchcard is valid only during the promotion period announced by Drew's Defense Week.

Prize Tiers:

- Tier 1 (1-4 Punches): Participants who accumulate 1 to 4 punches will be eligible for Tier 1 prizes.

- Tier 2 (5-7 Punches): Participants who accumulate 5 to 7 punches will be eligible for Tier 2 prizes.

- Tier 3 (8-9 Punches): Participants who accumulate 8 to 9 punches will be eligible for Tier 3 prizes.

- Ultimate Tier (10 Punches): Participants who accumulate 10 punches will be eligible for Ultimate prizes.

Prize Redemption:- Participants must present a Punchcard containing official punches to claim their prize(s).- Tier prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitution.- In the event of unavailability of a prize, Drew's Defense Week reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.- Prizes must be claimed within the specified redemption period communicated by Drew's Defense Week. Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture.

General Conditions:- Drew's Defense Week reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Punchcard at any time without prior notice.- Drew's Defense Week reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms and Conditions or tampering with the operation of the Punchcard.- By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Drew's Defense Week and its affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the Punchcard, Punchard events, or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy Policy:- Information collected from participants is subject to Drew's Defense Week's Privacy Policy, available on its official website (isdrewontheporch.com).- By participating, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Punchcard.

Governing Law:- The Punchcard and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Harvard Medical School, without regard to its conflict of law principles.- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Punchcard shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harvard Medical School.

By participating in Drew's Defense Week Punchcard, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
